The bidding document in English may be obtained at UNGUKA BANK Plc, Head office in Procurement service, DORONA House, KN 84.ST 3, NYARUGENGE District –Kigali City, from 29/04/2021 during working days, from 08:00 am 5:00pm, upon presentation of payment proof of non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 as cost of the tender document to be paid on UNGUKA BANK account number: 10100490600010 (Rwandan currency) opened at NYARUGENGE Branch or using. Last date of Sale of Tender: 14/ 05/2021, at 5:00 pm

Well printed bids properly bounded and presented in Two separate envelopes one containing technical bid and another commercial bid (Original copy) all sealed in one envelope must reach at UNGUKA BANK Plc- Procurement Services, not later than 21/05/ 2021 at 3:00 pm-local time. Time & Date for opening of technical bids 21/05/2021, at 3:30 pm. Online submission is also acceptable and should be protected by a password, and submitted at the submission date on email: procurement@ungukabank.com;

The sealed envelope should clearly indicate the Tender name and Title as follows: PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF OFFICE FURNITURE -NCB NO 03 /2021.  Late bids will be rejected.
